Examine What You Hear

“Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.” – 1 John 4:1

The Bible talks about evil spirits and demons, so we know there is an enemy. The Lord does not tell us this to be scared of them, but rather to bring us awareness and exercise our authority over them – the authority He gave through His son.

  1. So good Ginny! We need to test everything and hold on to what is good because God is only good and was is meant for harm, God will use it for His good. May we abound more and more in love from the heart of Christ with discernment and truth! As scripture says to be as harmless as doves, but as wise as serpents because we are being sent out among wolves disguised in sheep clothing. Hold on and embrace the promises of God that hold true to entirely heaven bond! Thank you for blessing my heart!
