Restoring After Burnout

When our relationship with God is off balance, then we will experience strain and striving in other areas of our life as well. So if we are feeling burned out, the first thing we need to examine is our relationship with God and Christ.

Here are three practices I used last month to restore the balance in my relationship with God over the past few weeks.

It wasn’t pretty. It wasn’t comfortable. But it was worth it!

  1. Beautiful! God has been speaking to me about resting in His heart and receiving His love with our hearts meeting in His reflection of love. To be in a deeper intimate relationship with Jesus- the source of our life! It is like a child openly coming to the Father and trusting with the receiving of His unprecievable love and extend that love to others! I am thankful to God that He brought a trustworthy soul in you from the power of His love through the Holy Spirit!
